Like I said in the pros and cons, it pairs with the computer easily, it's pretty accurate and responsive, and switches flawlessly between mouse and presenter mode. That said, the one thing I don't like is that the range when in presenter mode is not the best, specially if you are in a large auditorium or hall.
Bear in mind that this is NOT a substitute for a truly professional presenter remote, specially if you are doing long complex presentations that require complex animations and behavior; it is a good tool if you are teaching or doing straight forward slides.

Overall Review: If you don't need the presenter tools, get a standard bluetooth mouse and save a few dollars. Otherwise, this is a great way to combine multiple tools into one. Pros: It's a shame that this mouse is no longer in production. I feel like this review is a waste of time for that reason but I love the mouse so much and am holding on to a glimmer of hope that some manufacturer will make something else like it.
For a travel mouse the size is adequate, it's on the small side, but that's to be expected. It's not one of those tiny mice that you want to throw. I can use this for hours at a time without issue. This is the only mouse I have ever seen with a normal mouse form factor that was also a laser pointer and has dedicated presentation buttons, it's fantastic. The mouse software from Microsoft provides additional features such as zoom, which comes in very handy while presenting to a room of people.
The case for the mouse and USB radio is sturdy and has taken a lot of abuse being thrown into a backpack and taken to meeting after meeting. I have had this mouse for about 4 years and it still works as good today as the day I bought it Cons: No longer in production. The button on the back of the mouse where your palm sits is the battery compartment release, a few times I have hit it on accident and the batteries fallen out.
